Project Methodology
Our proven and tested project methodology will ensure that your project will be completed on time and within budget and treated with the highest level of professionalism.

1. On-site visit: A free in-person interview with one of our experienced architects to discuss the desired conceptual design of your project.
2. Cost quotation: Shortly following the on-site visit by our expert we will present you with a preliminary cost quotation and completion date estimate based on the conceptual design. If you agree to move forward we will move to the next step.
3. Delivery of a preliminary design: We will produce and discuss with you the preliminary design (professional sketch) of your desired project with the opportunity for you to request a previously agreed to amount of changes.
4. Delivery of modified design: We will present and discuss with you the design which has been modified based on your changes requested of the preliminary design.
5. Delivery of executive design: Following the approval of the modified design we will produce an executive design of your project which will include the general project layout with detailed measurements and all contemplated technical specifications such as (electrical circuitry, plumbing, ventilation, sewage, etc). Along with our delivery of the executive design will be a detailed work plan with project deliverables and payment milestones.
6. Construction & progress reports: Once we have your approval of the executive design we will begin construction. During construction we will provide periodic reports on the progress of the project with photographs in the case that you are not present.
7. Post construction follow up: Once your project is completed, you will become a member of our valued customer base. We will actively remain in contact with you and keep you up to date on company news as well as explore new opportunities of working together.
